Cerveza Galope
En el Club de Polo La Patrona en San Pancho, en la Riviera Nayarit, el juego del polo es disfrutado diariamente tanto por jugadores como por aficionados.
El polo en San Pancho es una actividad familiar, y tradicionalmente jugadores y aficionados se reúnen "apre polo" para beber algo refrescante y compartir su aprecio por el juego.
Así nacieron Los Cuentos Tack Tavern y la cerveza Galope.
Creada especialmente para Tierra Tropical por la cervecería Los Cuentos de Puerto Vallarta, Galope es apreciada por mujeres jugadoras de polo por sus cualidades ligeras y frescas, al tiempo que conserva el cuerpo y la audacia de una verdadera cerveza artesanal para paladares exigentes.
El chef ejecutivo de Tierra Tropical, Carlos García, originalmente encendió su parrilla en nuestras caballerizas de polo, maridando a la perfección Galope con tacos de arrachera y vegetarianos, y ostiones frescos gratinadas para lanzar la nueva cerveza, sin embargo, con el tiempo Galope ha también encontrado un gran maridaje con nuestros mariscos en el Club de Playa de Tierra Tropical.
Galope sólo se puede encontrar en barril en Los Cuentos Tack Tavern y en el Club de Playa de Tierra Tropical, y en el Sunset Grill y Sunday Brunch de La Patrona Polo Club.

At La Patrona Polo Club in San Pancho on the Riviera Nayarit the game of polo is enjoyed both by players and fans daily.
Polo in San Pancho is a family activity, and traditionally players and fans get together “apre polo” to drink something refreshing and share their appreciation for the game.
That is how Los Cuentos Tack Tavern and Galope beer were born.
Created especially for Tierra Tropical by Los Cuentos brewery in Puerto Vallarta, Galope is appreciated by women polo players for its light and fresh qualities, while preserving the body and boldness of a true craft beer for the discerning palate.
Tierra Tropical’s Executive Chef, Carlos García, originally fired his grill at our polo stables, perfectly pairing Galope with arrachera and vegetarian tacos, and fresh oysters au gratin to launch the new beer however, in time, Galope has also come to find a great pairing with our seafood at Tierra Tropical’s Beach Club.
Galope can only be found on draft at Tierra Tropical’s Los Cuentos Tack Tavern and Tierra Tropical’s Beach Club and at La Patrona Polo Club’s Sunset Grill and La Patrona Polo Club’s Sunday Brunch.
